LATENCY LEGACY

Tent Radiotopia@STWST48x9

Continuous 48 hour transmission/reception/streams from STWST Maindeck
Online at p-node, http://p-node.org
Online joint WHITE PAPER writing - https://etherpad.servus.at/p/radio_art

We raise the tent. We set up antennas. We let in the streams flowing in from othersphere. We tweak and tune the signals.
While counting the milliseconds of latency, we recounts the legacy of memorable legends and convene a dialogue with the old and new acquaintances.

LATENCY LEGACY invites the public to drop by the tent radiotopia, to engage in an ongoing telling of tales amidst the intermittent of incoming feeds.

The aim for this edition of tent radiotopia is to discuss “radio art” as what radiotopia is set out to address.
Art in electromagnetic space can fit into the telecommunication regulations which defines rules for electromagnetic space and functions in a similar way as road traffic or border regulations.
While we follow the regulations, we do not mean to restrict the freedom of art.
We want to jointly with radiotopia community to write a WHITE PAPER on radio art for our reference.

We invite Radiotopia community to write our own radio rules via this etherpad https://etherpad.servus.at/p/radio_art during STWST48x9.
